In the centre of Maremma, in a very evocative Tuscany area, the Saturnia's Thermal Baths were already famous at the etruscan's time for their therapeutic virtues. Today Saturnia is a thermal centre able to satisfy any requirement due to its very good organisation...

Just 8 Km . Far from Saturnia's Thermal Baths, Semproniano rises on a travertine hill that overhangs Albegna's valley.It is a little village with a very beautiful historical centre, and a wonderful green panorama.
Here, among fragranges, flowers and blue sky, you can spend in our apartments a vacation in total quiet....

Sovana, 8km north of Pitigliano, is now a village with little more than a single street running from the castle ruins to the cathedral. It is in a beautiful position on a ridge overlooking a wide panorama. It is traditionally reputed to be the birthplace of Hildebrand, later Pope Gregory VII (1026/8-85)

When you see Pitigliano, it's like turning the pages of a book of fairy tales set in the Middle Ages. The town is built on a promontory surrounded by bright green valleys, grooved by the Lente and Meleta rivers. The high tufa cliffs are chiselled with a thousand caves and tower-houses. The houses are built on a tufaceous drum in the same jutting vertical as the sheer cliffs which make the city wall almost superfluous.....

Our apartments, situated in the small country of Semproniano, in the center of the Maremma Grossetana, in one of the most suggestive and uncontaminated zones in Tuscany, to few Kms. of. Saturnia's Thermal Baths.

On the southern side of the Fiora valley, Manciano stands perched on a hill in a position that commands a privileged view and is called the 'look-out post of the Maremma'.
The first records of the castle of Manciano (Rocca) date back to 1118 A .D. in a document belonging to Pope Clemente III concerning the nearby church in Sovana. At the start of the 2nd century, Manciano came under the control of the Counts Aldobrandeschi
